Build Practical Budget Skills That Actually Work
Our program teaches you how to automate personal finances without getting lost in spreadsheets. You'll learn the same methods we use for clients in Taiwan's dynamic market—but adapted for individuals who just want their money organized.
Start Your JourneyLearn Through Real Scenarios, Not Theory
Most finance courses dump formulas on you and call it education. We tried that approach back in early 2024—it didn't work. People forgot everything within weeks.
So we rebuilt the program around actual situations. You'll work through real budget challenges, automate decisions that usually cause stress, and create systems that keep running after the course ends.
- Scenario-based learning with real financial situations you'll encounter
- Automation templates you can customize for your income patterns
- Monthly troubleshooting sessions where we fix what's not working
- Access to tools we've built for our consulting clients
Research Foundation
Methods tested with 200+ participants in Taiwan since 2023. We've seen what fails and what sticks.
Unique Method
Combines behavioral finance with automation—you'll understand why you overspend and build systems to prevent it.

Pick the Format That Fits Your Schedule
Everyone learns differently. Some people need structure, others want flexibility. We run three formats because forcing everyone into the same schedule doesn't make sense.
Weekend Intensive
Two full weekends of focused work. Build your complete budget system in 16 hours. Best for people who prefer concentrated learning over several weeks of scattered sessions.
Next session: September 13-14 & 20-21, 2025
Evening Program
Tuesday and Thursday evenings for eight weeks. Slower pace with more time to implement between sessions. You'll test each concept with your actual finances before moving forward.
Next cohort starts: October 7, 2025
Self-Paced Access
Complete the material on your timeline with recorded sessions and written guides. Includes monthly group calls where you can ask questions and get unstuck.
Available year-round, rolling enrollment

Support Systems That Actually Help
Weekly Check-Ins
Short video calls where you can share what's working or what's broken. No judgment, just practical fixes. Most people use these to troubleshoot automation issues or adjust templates.
Private Community
Chat group with other participants. Good for quick questions and seeing how others solved similar problems. We keep it focused on budget automation—not general finance chat.
Template Library
Pre-built automations and spreadsheets you can copy and customize. Includes Taiwan-specific templates for common income patterns and expense categories we see frequently.
Six-Month Updates
Your budget needs change. Come back for refresher sessions when your income shifts, you change jobs, or your system stops working. Free for program participants.
AI Tools That Actually Save Time
Banks in Taiwan started adding AI categorization in late 2024. Some of it works well, some creates more mess than it solves. We're teaching students which features to use and which to ignore based on testing dozens of platforms.
Multi-Currency Management
More people work remotely for international companies now. Managing income in multiple currencies used to require complex spreadsheets. New tools simplify this—we're adding a module on multi-currency automation in our August 2025 update.
Integration Between Financial Apps
Right now, your banking app, investment platform, and budget tool don't talk to each other. That's changing. By 2026, we expect better data flow between services—which means less manual entry and more accurate tracking.
